Mental Health Stabilization

Depression, anger, and anxiety are some of the most common and uncomfortable emotions that we can experience at some point in our lives. Through skill building, we are able to help motivate, educate, and encourage you to learn techniques to assist with managing your mental health symptoms. 

Independent Living Skills

Many individuals can experience symptoms that interfere with basic living skills and everyday tasks. We can help you overcome these symptoms and guide you through the process of enhancing your quality of life to complete daily needs.

Communication Skills

Persons with mental illness might have social skills deficits such as an inability to express their thoughts, feelings and emotions appropriately.  Our services assist with learning positive communication skills to improve interpersonal relationships and community integration.

Substance Abuse
